Northwest’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Pty Limited (previously Registries Limited) offers a user-friendly and secure website - InvestorServe - which allows shareholders to provide their information online and view and update details of their shareholding in Northwest, including shareholder communication preferences and contact details.

If you are already registered with InvestorServe, simply follow the Registered User Access instructions. You will need your username and password.

If you are not already registered, simply follow the Individual Investment Access instructions. You will need your CHESS Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Issuer Sponsored Securityholder Reference Number (SRN). You will also need to enter your name and postcode as set out on your holding statement. You will be prompted to create your own InvestorServe Account, which for future use allows you to easily log in using just an username and password created by yourself.
